Your data is used exclusively to respond to your request, to present you with suitable properties and to support you in the transaction. The legal basis is your consent and the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request. We do not use your details for automated decision-making or for unsolicited marketing without your consent.

4. Retention period & recipients

Data is kept for as long as necessary to serve your request and to fulfil our legal obligations. It is not passed to third parties for commercial exploitation. Access may be granted only to co-operating service providers (e.g. website hosting), bound by corresponding confidentiality obligations.
